Referral rewards for you and your friend

As you may or may not know, almost all of our advertising is done by word of mouth, and there is no greater compliment than to see our clients again. Seccond to that is a referral to their friends and family...

In order to keep prices down, I do not spend a fortune on advertising our wedding and portrait photography services. Instead, I would rather reward my clients for spreading our name around.  So as a gift, I am offering a Referral Rewards program.
 

What do I get for a Wedding Referral?
For every wedding referral we offer a reward of £30 or double-up to £60 of photography gift vouchers.
For the referred couple, they get either a free bridal boudoir or Cherish Your Dress shoot, or £50 off any signed mount or photography guest book.

What do I get for a Portrait Referral?
For every portrait referral we offer a reward of £15 or double-up to £30 of photography gift vouchers
For the referred individual, couple or family, they get 25% off any shoot of their choice, and a further £20 off the total value of all products purchased as result of that shoot.

What do I get for any other referrals?
As a photographer I’ve covered a wide range of other photographic services over the years, from commercial, PR, events and much more. I’m happy to offer a referral reward for any business I receive, but the total value of the reward will be dependent upon the specific referral. Please contact us at the studio for more information.

Do I get a reward as a returning client?
Whilst we do not offer a referral reward to someone referring themselves, we do offer a discount to returning clients. All returning clients receive a 50% discount of portrait shoots, and a further 5% on all products purchased as result of that shoot.

Can I transfer my gift vouchers to a friend or family member?
Yes, of course you can. In fact you might even decide to give the vouchers a friend or family member as a photography gift. Please note that all photography gift vouchers have a limited life.

Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can send you?
Limit? Of course not, in fact I’d positively encourage you to refer more clients... ...I love giving vouchers to everyone.

Can my gift vouchers be combined with other discount and reward programs?
As a general rule, I’m afraid not. We will however try and be as fair as we can, so please contact us at the studio to discuss your specific scenario.

Now for the boring bit... ...The Referral Reward Terms

1. A successfully generated lead is defined as a fully referred prospect who becomes an invoiced client of Stancliffe Studios.
2. Stancliffe Studios shall be in receipt of client funds before releasing referral fees to an associated registered referrer.
3. Any referral fees shall be made in UK Pounds Sterling within 14 days of the referred client paying their invoice in full.
4. Referral fees shall be paid by cheque, PayPal, or gift vouchers dependant upon option selected.
5. You can not claim fees on a referral when you are the client or immediate family of the client.
6. Any customer that you refer cannot be a previous customer of Stancliffe Studios or any subsidiaries.
7. Whilst we will endeavour to make contact with you to inform you of the status of a lead, it is your responsibility to maintain contact with us.
8. The status of all commission is at the sole discretion of Stancliffe Studios and its members of staff. All decisions are final.
9. All referrals are for new clients only as from March 2010, all previous clients should refer to previous discount and referal schemes.
